Premium standing seampanel
The standing seam panel is a modern roof covering. It is used in newly built apartment buildings, single-family houses and public buildings. This type of covering is also readily used for the restoration of historic and sacred buildings.
Standing seam panel - durability and interesting design
The panels are prefabricated from sheet steel. They have specially shaped edges that allow them to be snapped together. Their appearance is reminiscent of a traditional standing seam. The longitudinal profiling of the sheet reduces the possibility of the panel waving due to thermal expansion of the material.
We are a manufacturer of a standing seam panel made of sheet metal from 0.5 to 0.7 mm thick. The overall width of the panel is 530 mm, while the effective coverage width is 480 mm. The standing seam height is 32 mm. The length of the sheet is dependent on individual customer requirements.
The standing seam panel is far superior to double seam sheets in terms of speed and ease of installation. Each panel has ready-made mounting holes for easy attachment to the roof truss. These advantages allow it to also be used as a wall panel. The result is an original façade finish in a horizontal or vertical arrangement.
The roof panel has an underlining at the beginning of the edge for the gutter belt and a cut-out for the ridge tiles, as well as a cap at the joint of the sheets which masks the panel profile.
The entire production is carried out on an innovative technological line in Europe that levels sheet stress.
Other types of our roof coverings are presented, among other things, in the sheet metal section. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with our offer.
