Storm steel gutter system

One of Polstal's key products is the Sztorm steel gutter system. We offer it together with a range of accessories for the comprehensive finishing of the roof. Our gutter systems are based on Green Coat RWS steel sheets manufactured by the Swedish SSAB concern. They are created from multiple components. The combination of excellent raw materials and precise workmanship results in a product of high quality, aesthetics and functionality.

Production stages of the Storm gutter system.

• The sheet metal core plays a very important role in the production process. In our steel gutters, it reaches as much as 0.6 mm.
• Then there is the zinc-coated steel, which has a weight of 275 - 300 g/m².
• In the next stage, the gutter is protected with pastisol.
• The final coating of the product is a 40-micron thick layer of polyurethane varnish.

The gutters produced as described above have excellent properties, including exceptional resistance to harmful external factors. Scratches, corrosion, high and low temperatures are not a threat to them, and they can protect and decorate buildings for many years. We have a wide range of colours available. This makes it possible to precisely match the colour of the gutter system to the metal tile or other type of roofing.

The Storm gutter system is manufactured in accordance with Polish standard PN-EN 612:2006-X.
